DELIVERY

Once we have received your payment, we will despatch your order within 2-3 working days.

To guarantee safe delivery, all our UK orders are sent by Signed Delivery by either Royal Mail or My Hermes.

A signature will be required so please ensure there is someone available to receive your goods, otherwise a calling card will be left and it will be your responsibility to collect from the local depot.

If your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date.

Postage and packing costs for deliveries are added to each order at a cost of £3.95.

We regret we are only able to handle UK mainland deliveries at this time.

RETURNS

We hope you love your Chalk order as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the return address via email and then you must return the goods in their original packaging within 28 days.

Please ensure your return items are returned in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. We recommend you return items via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for any goods that are lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is problem in transit.

Upon receipt, a refund of the item (not including postage) will be processed. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be completed and up to 7 days for it to appear in your account.

Confirmation of the refund will be to you sent via e-mail.
